Get things ready

A few simple steps make a big difference in the final result.

Clean the lens, open doors, and make sure the lighting is good. Small details like these make your tour look more professional and inviting.

Capture the entrance

Start every tour at the front entrance. This creates a natural walkthrough that guides buyers from outside the home to the inside.

Face the open front door, keep your iPhone level, and make one smooth 360 degree turn over about 10 seconds.

Choose your next scene

After each capture, you will see a preview of the current scene. Tap where you want the next scene to connect, then walk to that spot and capture it.

Keeping each new scene directly ahead creates smooth transitions, so buyers naturally move from one space to the next instead of jumping around the home.

Repeat this process until every part of the property is captured.

Review and publish

After capturing every scene, open the preview to review your walkthrough.

Place hotspots to connect scenes, fine-tune the navigation, and add any information points before publishing.

When everything looks right, publish your virtual tour and embed it on your website and share the link with buyers in seconds.
