ListingRush for ChatGPT
Your property photos.
A video plan you can shape.
Work on your ListingRush video projects inside ChatGPT. Bring selected photos into a project, plan the scenes and adjust camera movement without losing your place.
Currently available to approved pilot accounts. A connected ListingRush account and your Settings opt-in are required. Public directory availability has not yet been announced.
Shape the story
Ask for a vertical or landscape plan. Refine scene order, timing, property highlights and opening text in the conversation.
See the camera movement
Open your saved scenes in ChatGPT, preview movement and adjust the camera. Completed edits save back to your ListingRush project.
Choose the soundtrack
Browse the available music choices and save your selection. You can continue editing the same project on ListingRush.
Try a natural conversation
- “Use these photos to plan a 20-second vertical video for Garden House.”
- “Open the camera previews and make the living-room movement slower.”
- “Show me the soundtrack choices for this project.”
Know what is available
Planning and camera previews help you review a property video before rendering. AI fill preview, where available, estimates photographed surfaces and highlights missing areas. It does not create unseen rooms, extend the photograph or generate a finished video.
Paid video generation from ChatGPT is currently disabled in the production pilot. This plugin does not sell credits or manage purchases. Photo scenes support in-chat camera editing; footage and reference material have more limited support.
Your saved work, your access
The connection uses your ListingRush permissions. ChatGPT can read and change accessible video projects when you request those actions. Camera edits save automatically after a completed gesture; changes made elsewhere are checked before saving.
You can disable the integration in ListingRush Settings. Disconnecting does not delete saved projects or the conversation in ChatGPT. Manage access and deletion.
