Using ListingRush in ChatGPT

Connect your account

1. Open Settings → Integrations and select Set up ChatGPT.
2. Copy the connection link. In ChatGPT Plugins, select + → Add custom MCP server, name it ListingRush and paste the link.
3. Follow the connection details shown in Settings for your ChatGPT environment. Sign in to ListingRush when prompted and review the requested connection access. Never paste a password, secret or access token into a chat.
4. Ask ChatGPT to show your ListingRush video projects, or select photos and ask it to create a video draft. Choose the correct workspace if you have more than one.

ChatGPT plugin availability and connection controls can vary by plan or workspace. There is no public ListingRush directory installation link yet.

Plan, preview and save

Ask ChatGPT to open the video studio. Choose Mobile, Desktop or Both and a length, then create the scene plan. Review camera movement and AI fill, and drag scenes to change their order. You can ask ChatGPT to adjust the brief, timing or soundtrack.

ChatGPT can guide these steps with small choice cards and inspect selected whole photos in batches of up to four. Ask for camera suggestions or a specific change; accepted changes are saved to the selected scenes and format. Unsaved edits in the preview must be saved or discarded before another change.

For Mobile 9:16, we recommend No music so you can add audio in Instagram or TikTok. For Desktop 16:9, preview a suggested dashboard track. Both formats keep separate soundtrack choices and excerpts. Recommendations leave your saved choices unchanged until you apply a choice.

Completed camera adjustments save automatically. Let a pending save finish before making a separate change to the same project on the website. If another edit changed the project, refresh the saved state and review your draft before retrying; do not assume an error means your edit was saved.

The AI fill preview uses estimated depth to show movement and missing areas where this feature is available. It is an approximation of the existing photo, not a generated extension. It does not spend video credits.

Planning, editing, camera movement and AI fill previews are free. Where generation is enabled, select Review cost after your edits have saved. Generate shows the exact number of account credits to spend, including for pilot accounts. Credits are reserved only after you explicitly approve Generate, then charged when the full video finishes. The reservation is released if generation fails or is cancelled. If a response is interrupted, use Check generation to follow the same video before trying again.

Current limits

• Generation supports approved photo-scene plans and an exact credit quote. A plan or camera preview is not a finished video.
• The initial photo import accepts 1–20 selected JPEG, PNG or WebP originals, up to 25 MB and 20 megapixels each and 100 MB in total. ChatGPT also applies its own upload limits.
• Use Choose ChatGPT photos in the studio where available. If an attachment expires, select the original again. If you see an older tool or layout, refresh the ListingRush connection in ChatGPT and open a new chat.
• ChatGPT can inspect up to four saved, timestamped frames from footage uploaded through ListingRush. These samples do not include audio or every moment. Direct video import through ChatGPT is not yet verified in production.
• Camera editing in ChatGPT supports photo scenes. PDF floor plans can be stored, but their contents are not visually analyzed by this integration.
• Photo edits use ChatGPT's image capabilities and save as reviewed versions in ListingRush. The plugin cannot buy credits, manage subscriptions or publish tours.

Disconnect or request deletion

Disable ChatGPT in ListingRush Settings → Integrations to stop subsequent integration actions. You can also remove the connection in ChatGPT. An administrator can revoke pilot or integration access.

Disabling access leaves saved projects in ListingRush. Use the project controls on ListingRush to delete a project, or use account deletion in Settings. Removing a photo from a plan is different from deleting the whole project. For help locating or deleting data, contact silas@oceanedge.no.
